Report on the Port
  • We use the same code and makefile
  • There is a system independent makefile in Splicer and Sagan directories to make Splicer, Sagan, HSplicer, and HSagan.
  • The Logo files are made in a different directory

Environment
  • On PC use Cygwin, which is free and gives us Motif: http://www.cygwin.com/
  • On Linux, use Redhat 9.x, but should work on most versions
  • On Mac, use OSX 10.3, with XFree X11 and with Fink
  • All are free software
